My Journals

Since 2013 I have learnt to use my art journals as a safe space to creatively explore my self growth and development. I upcycle old books painting each page with gesso and allow the old story to become part of my new narrative.

Where we get inspiration

Nature and the mountains inspired these paintings.

HAMSPHIRE WOODLAND ART JOURNALING RETREAT

Set in the gorgeous green woodland is a little studio where we connect with nature creatively and work and play in our up cycled old books.

Freeflow writing to unwind and listen to nature, cathartically writing and visually connecting.

Graphic Design Background

Typography is part of my past as a graphic designer.

I am the proud owner of a lovely set of wooden letterpress and some workshops which have given me guidance to explore using the letters in a more traditional way.
