Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies happen and plans are forced to change — there will be times a reservation needs to be cancelled. Consideration is encouraged in these situations. Places are limited and we purchase materials per person, so we will incur the cost of supplies. Please try to give us as much notification as possible if you need to cancel a reservation.

For cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before the workshop, we will offer the following options:

1. We may issue credit the amount of the reservation minus the fees from Stripe and Square space.

For cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the event, Core Art Journaling is not obligated to give any refunds or credits. Cancellations must be made to deborah@coreartjournaling.co.uk  Cancellations should not be made to Facebook or by personal text.

Core Art Journaling will not issue any refund or credit for no-shows. 

RETREATS: There are no refunds for events unless we/you are able to find another participant to take your place, in which case you will be refunded the amount you paid, minus a £15 cancellation fee. Once you are enrolled in the retreat, you will receive an email with details regarding the schedule, supplies and location.
