With each workshop I will be guide and facilitate you through the process of Art journaling.
This is not about creating art or designing a piece of work and wanting everything look right. It is about letting go, finding a visual release and enjoying the process.
Art Journaling is a way to translate and communicate your feelings visually, by learning how to work in your art journal you can create a healthy affordable ongoing wellbeing tool for you to personally connect with and build resilience.
I use mindful mark making engaging using right and left hand side of the brain, you learn to express yourself without words and form a visual bridge to your thoughts and emotions
